It has been 5 months since we got a new A/C and furnace and we have been extremely happy. Our house was nice and cool all summer long. The A/C unit did a great job at lowering the humidity in the house which allowed us to set the thermostat at a higher temperature than before and help save on our energy bill. Sleeping at night during the summer was incredibly comfortable. We have only had one chance to turn on the heat and it worked quickly and efficiently. We have had no complaints what so ever. We cannot thank Silas enough for spending the time to help us with our decision. One of the best and easiest experiences I’ve had giving someone my money. Would recommend Silas and his team to anyone.

They were quick to come address my Water Heater issue and get me back up and going. Very professional, and there communication was more than great. I even signed up on their maintenance plan so if there are any issues down the line, they would be my go to company.Jamie Meyer came out 1st thing Monday morning, took care of my water heater, made sure all my questions were answered, and then maintenances the furnace. Again, communication with this company is great and that’s hard to find anymore

Tim came to our house last night to fix our furnace. He was professional and did a great job getting things up and running. He also explained how our unit (we have a heat pump) worked compared to a traditional furnace. We would use modern mechanical again because of the great service Tim provided.
